Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

You agree you are at least 18 years old of age to access the offering. Access of our offering and related materials by a minor is a violation of use, and We reserve the right to terminate your access if such an issue is discovered.

Individual Nutrition coaching:

 If You wish to cancel Your coaching program 

*Packages paid in full:

1. Canceled after the first session and before protocols or meal plans have been created and sent will be refunded fully

2. Want to cancel online journal or follow-up sessions, that can be deducted from the program ($50)

3. Cancellation happens after protocol and/or meal plan have been created and share with client, no refund will be granted. 

*Packages paid via payment plan:

1. Canceled after the first session and before the protocol has been sent  will not be charged

2. Canceled after the second session: ( Protocol has been sent or meal plan delivered) will be charged in full

No refunds will be issued after a week from the start of the program

Recurring Payments

If You have signed up for a payment plan, You hereby authorize Our continued access to Your financial information stored by Our third party financial processing company referenced in this Agreement until Your payment plan is complete, as set forth in Your acceptance of the purchase terms upon checkout.
