Your personalized nutrition plan will encompass dietary recommendations, lifestyle adjustments, psycho-spiritual guidance, and supplement suggestions.
Custom Meal Plans: You'll be provided with 2 X 7-day meal plan featuring recipes and a grocery list meticulously tailored to your preferences, dietary restrictions, nutritional needs, and time constraints.
Weekly Coaching Calls: Throughout the program, we'll schedule two 30-minute coaching calls every week or every other week, following your nutrition consultation. These sessions serve as checkpoints to monitor your progress and provide guidance.
